the view was okay, but my room had a ridiculously weak exhaust fan, leaving the bathroom steamy, and the safe was a nightmare, beeping incessantly, not what I expected. for the price, I thought woudl ve been treated to some sort of welcome gift but alas just regular old service. almost gave this a good review, but just couldn’t.

A tranquil retreat with stunning views
The breathtaking caldera view welcomed us every morning, and the breakfast service on our private terrace was an unforgettable start to each day. The staff treated us like family, offering personalized recommendations and making sure every detail was perfect.
Finding the hotel initially was a challenge due to sparse signage and tricky GPS locations. The pool was a little too cold for comfort, especially in the evening.

Amazing views and peaceful vibes!
This place has seriously breathtaking views of the Caldera! The pool was huge and perfect for lounging. We loved the fresh breakfast served poolside, but the lounge area could use some new furniture. Despite that, the staff were super friendly and gave us great dining tips around the area. A quiet slice of paradise!
